It’s a Cold Day in Hell

hell_frozen_over

I’m in the business of creating and flipping websites. One thing is abundantly clear when dealing with my customers … there are a lot of people out there who are trying to get in this business or just make a success of the web properties they buy or create that don’t know the first thing about how to set up a blog, what to do with it once it is set up, how to promote it, how to get it indexed, how to get traffic and make sales.

I just launched Niche Demon exactly for this reason. If you fall into the category above, this ebook is for you. Geawhite towards newbies, it gives detailed information on how to set up a Wordpress blog and then drive traffic and make sales from it. This is a 98 page ebook jam packed full of information that even some more experienced affiliate marketers don’t know … ranging from setting up a website to marketing, social bookmarking strategies on autopilot, traffic and linking strategies that will send your site to the top of Google results, to setting up a Google Adwords campaign.

So Where’s the Testimonials Suzanne?

I’ll be honest with you. The ink isn’t even dry yet on this ebook. No one has seen it yet, so I didn’t fill it up with the usual bullshit fake testimonials you see on every other sales page on the Internet. In addition to the nuts and bolts information of how to get a website up and running … the techie stuff that most newbies do not know, it has the very traffic and sales techniques that I have been using successfully for years. Let me give you an example. I just launched a site yesterday. Today I applied the very first tip in the ebook for Day 1 of the 5-Day Plan and within an hour, the site made it’s first sale, and it’s not even indexed in Google yet.

Click here to see a larger image. Pretty impressive results for a new launch. This is a brand new site with a $28 sale 1 hour after using the first Day 1 Niche Demon tip.

Here’s the screenshot for another recent launch and below is a Paypal screenshot for two recent launches

See larger Paypal screenshot here.

In addition, I gave a review copy to a couple of people. Here’s one review and below is a video review.

This ebook is your blueprint for success. I got this ebook set up to sell in the Clickbank marketplace and figuwhite it would be a COLD Day in Hell if it got approved. Guess what? It’s a COLD Day in Hell. Clickbank just approved the ebook to sell in their marketplace, so Niche Demon is officially live and ready to download. For the low price of only $47 (keep reading … it gets much better) you can get in on the proven Niche Demon methods and techniques that I use to make a full-time living from affiliate marketing. It’s a deal … and if you follow the instructions in the ebook you can make the price of the ebook back many times over. I guarantee that you won’t regret your purchase.

Go ahead and read the sales page (it is a kick-ass sales page, isn’t it?).

How To Make A Killer List Of Keywords for FREE

Latent Semantic Indexing. All of the Search Engines have invested in this technology and if they are not using it now, they will be soon.

The definition for LSI is as follows:

Latent semantic analysis (LSA) is a technique in natural language processing, in particular in vectorial semantics, patented in 1988 [1] by Scott Deerwester, Susan Dumais, George Furnas, Richard Harshman, Thomas Landauer, Karen Lochbaum and Lynn Streeter. In the context of its application to information retrieval, it is sometimes called latent semantic indexing (LSI) – http://www.cs.utk.edu/~lsi/

Hot Niche Trends For 2009

The market of Internet home based businesses is on a rise for 2009.  With the recent recession hitting populations from America to Canada, even as far as Japan, people are searching for alternative career solutions more than ever.  The challenge here is that the “work from home” niche is becoming very saturated and extremely competitive – and this translates into a need for exclusive, specific products and services for 2009.

With Internet marketing gurus popping up around every corner and dorm students generating 6 figure income streams, there is very little room in the larger, more trafficed marketplaces.  On the plus side, this creates a unique opportunity for new players in the game to step in and claim there spot within the overlooked sub-markets that are in need of specialized information.

The trick for new marketers is to analyze the market and find a sub-niche with decent traffic and little competition – then combine your passions with expertise to ensure your efforts are matched with profits and success.

Here are 2 ways to identify hot niche trends for 2009:

1.  Check The Web – Use a combination of keyword research tools, like Wordtracker, and frequent popular marketplaces like eBay and Amazon to conduct your initial research.  Make a list of your various passions or areas of expertise and input these keywords into your research tools and identify the profitability by looking at the supply and demand information i.e. daily search traffic and competing websites.

Once you’ve identified the competition, visit their websites and take a look at what they are offering and how you can provide a more specialized product or service to the potential traffic.

2.  Check Your Community – Offline research is often overlooked, and can be very effective.  I’m a big fan of visiting local bookstores to see what titles are positioned in the “featured” section when you first walk into the store.  Try to identify any common trends among the book titles and make note of this.

If your niche is targeting intermediate golfers, go to your local mall and check out the sports gear stores.  Check out the golf section and take a peak at the sales and popular brands – even go as far as talking to a sales associate and asking them what brands/products have been selling good lately.  You’d be surprised the information you can get when you do a little bit of offline marketing!

3 Benefits Of Micro Niche Marketing

A niche market is essentially a group of people who share a collective problem.  This niche is usually a sub-sector of a larger, more saturated market – and most successful niche marketers target several niches at any given point in time.  Can you imagine if you stuck with a single niche and broke it down even further? This would allow yourself to target a specific demographic of people with specific needs and spend all your time focusing entirely on that group of consumers.

Micro niche marketing is exactly that.  Identifying your target audience and a specific need, then creating or promoting a product/service that is exactly what they’re looking for.  You then dominate this single micro-market rather than spreading out your time and earnings amongst several profitable niche markets.

The following are some advantages to micro niche marketing:

1.  Heightened Credibility – Because you are specializing in a single area within a niche, your scope of expertise is more narrow – which puts you in the upper hand position with your business.  You are an expert targeting a specific segment within your niche, therefor consumers will be more inclined to trusting your recommendations and resources compared to the generalized information by your niche competitors.  Focusing on a specific area of expertise will also position you to build strong relationships with your clients – creating longevity and status for your business.

2.  Ditch The Competition – Micro niche marketing means you are focusing all of your business energy on one specific segment within your target audience, and providing them with a single portfolio of specialized products or services.  Even though your competition is marketing within the same niche, they are spreading out focus accross the entire niche rather than focusing on one area – and this makes it extremely easy for you to remove them from the equation.

3.  Comparably Greater ROI – ROI is an abbreviation for return on investment.  What makes micro niche marketing so awesome is that specializing in a specific area allows you to charge considerably higher fees for your products and services.  The reason you can do this is because your business provides more targeted information and offers an exact solution – one which you’ve identified and researched.

Once you have reached the point of perfection within your niche, you can claim your throne and sit there without threat – and continue to charge higher fees because you are viewed as the “expert” and are known to specialize with quality information and products.  Your consumers will love you and your competition will hate you.

Niche Membership Sites: Get Off To A Smoking Start

I bet more than once you’ve laid in bed thinking “Man, that would be an awesome idea for a website!” or “If I start an online business, it should definitely be about something I have a passion for.”  Often when those thoughts enter your mind it is at a moment of pure creativity, and rather than supressing those feelings you should get your ideas down on paper – because that is how genius is born!

If you’re thinking of starting an online business within a niche market, one of the most profitable platforms is to make it a membership site.  In theory, a membership site is a website in which users pay a recurring monthly fee in order to access your articles, tutorials, videos and any other content they deem to be valuable.  Often combined with list building and email marketing, a membership site can be a very lucrative online business model – especially if you’re targeting a specific niche.

Building an online business in a saturated market like “depression” or “weight loss” will take forever to become profitable, and that’s if you know what you’re doing.  So rather than leaning towards the heavy traffic, break down those bigger markets and uncover the targeted niche “pockets” because this is where the real money is hidden.

The basic steps to online niche marketing are as follows: find your niche, research your competition, create your list of keywords and develop your income streams.  For that last step, it’s completely up to you, and depending on your market you might do better with affiliate marketing, creating your own product or a combination of both.  Private advertising arrangements also do quite well with niche marketing online – especially if your niche is geographically targeted.

Remember, the ideal online business is one which is hands-off; meaning a business model which runs on auto pilot.  Though no online business is ever 100% auto pilot, due to maintenance and updates, make it your goal to eventually remove yourself from the equation – whether it be done through outsourcing etc..

Having a niche membership site is very low maintenance, and extremely profitable.  If you can find a need within a hungry niche market, you will do very well – and often have very little work to do once it’s initially set up!

Big Niche Profits For Small Niche Businesses

The attraction to niche marketing is fueled by the concept of being a “big fish” in a “small pond” so to speak.  Because small markets are constantly brushed off by big corporations, it creates the perfect opportunity for small businesses to target those specific audiences, whether it be geographically or demographically.

In turn, having the ability to swoop down and snag these overlooked groups can make even the tiniest business seem larger than life – especially to those who share the same targeted interests.

It’s important to remember that each sub market is just as unique as the consumers who frequent within.  Once you’ve identified what appeals to them, it is your job to take position and allow them to be “attracted” to your product or service through the natural course of curiosity.

Knowing who your product appeals to is one of the most important elements to niche marketing effectively.  If you’re niche marketing on the Internet (which I pray that you are) then you should also consider what keywords your market is using when they search within your niche.  Knowing these factors will allow you to target certain products you offer to specific segments within the niche – and it’s sniper-like tactics like this that make your client’s wallet sizzle because you have exactly what they are looking for.

As a niche marketer you should think of yourself as a surgeon who frequently cuts open the larger market sectors and operates until all the voids are sewn up.  It’s your job to fill these voids and monetize these avenues of forgotten traffic.

Despite the market being small, you will appear god-like because you always seem to have what your audience needs – keeping them satisfied and your bank account fruitful.

Sizzling Niche Strategies Start With Simple Questions

It’s been said that when asking a question, the best answer is often another question.  The reality is that more often than not, the most direct way to finding an answer is through a string of basic, yet targeted questions – which in turn causes you to think and vocalize in an attempt to find the desired solution.

The same techniques used in this questioning game could also be used in your business to develop a kick-ass niche marketing strategy.  While keeping focus on your product, service, customers, goals and market you will slowly begin to uncover a strategy that is tailored to fit the needs of your business and your target audience.

Niche marketing is all about segmentation, and by discovering that perfect slice of the market you will be able to generate massive profits and take your business to a higher level of productivity.

To get your thoughts sparking – start off with the four W’s:

Who? What? Where? and of course Why?

Who Questions:

  • Who is it you would like to benefit from your product/service?
  • Who is your absolute perfect, targeted audience?
  • Who needs your product/service?
  • Who wants your product/service?
  • Who has the funds to purchase your product?
  • Who does not have the funds to purchase your product?
  • And for the previous question, how can this be adjusted?

What Questions:

  • What the hell are you selling?
  • What makes your product/service better than that of your competitors?
  • What do you have to offer that is different?
  • What do you want to get out of your business?

Where Questions:

  • Where is the ideal location for your to sell your product/service?
  • Where would be the ideal location to advertise?
  • Where would your product/service be used?

Why Questions:

  • Why would anyone care about what you are offering?
  • Why is your product worthy of market status and respect?
  • Why do you love what you are selling?

As you’ve probably noticed, it’s not as easy as it seems to answer these questions when you’re asking them to yourself.  If you’re still unsure about what type of strategy you should be implementing, take a look at your competitors advertisements, websites and products and compare them to your own.  If you analyze long enough you should be able to identify exactly what is needed to take the top spot within your particular niche market.

Niche Market Visibility: Light Yourself On Fire!

Luckily for online entrepreneurs and small business owners it’s not necessary to pour gasoline on your head and strike a match on your nose in order to gain the attention of potential buyers.  And despite popular belief, a niche market doesn’t have to be a stuffy, small corner in which you slave away for hours only to see small-time profits.  If you’re the type of business owner who puts your blood, sweat and tears into your work – there is no need to resist niche marketing, in fact, it’s about time you embrace it!

An ideal niche market shares the following characteristics:

1.  You have maximum visibility and accessibility to those who matter most – and to those who will reap the benefits of your projected value.  These people are prospective clients and future collaborators and/or partners who share mutual goals, and have similar business/economical needs.

2.  This ideal niche market will allow you to display your talent and portfolio of skills while satisfying a void or neglected sub-market within a popular area of interest.

Who gives a crap about “Fortune 500″ appearing before your company name when you can claim your thrown between the over saturated mass markets and thrive without a single interruption?  Small businesses need to be concerned with filling those tiny gaps which are often deemed to be “unimportant” by the Trumps and Gurus – and this is why the Internet is the perfect marketplace to target because even the smallest of niches can reach mountains of success with zero threat.

Take a look at yourself as a business man/woman and ask yourself the following questions:  Do I have any strengths?  If so, what are they?  What am I usually doing when I feel most confident?  Do I have a service, product or skill to offer people that is considered to be unique?  How can I take these skills and leverage them?  Allow yourself to be empowered and recognize your successes, whether it be educational or practical, so that you can get a clear picture of the niche markets you could potentially thrive in – and this will enable you to increase your visibility and grow your niche business into one which is profitable and enjoyable.

Show Me The Money: Niche Marketing Riches

With a little bit of studying, and an eye on the industry, anyone can generate massive profits using the Internet and niche marketing.  Whether you have any formal training or not is irrelevant and as long as you are able to recognize certain key elements within the niche marketing industry you will climb the ranks to niche riches in no time!

Choosing the right niche is a very crucial, and a factor that is often overlooked – even by the wisest niche marketers.  To ensure you start off on the right foot, I would recommend choosing a niche in which you have a passion for, or an extensive knowledge of.

Why the hell would you want to be wasting your time developing a site about Chicago steakhouse reviews when you’re a vegetarian?  Catch my drift?  Just because you’ve deemed a niche to be profitable, doesn’t always translate to that niche being right for you.

the next factor is to find a niche that has a large audience, but with little competition – or competing websites.  I dare you to try and get number one ranking in Google for the term “Social Networking”, and to make that dare even sweeter, if you do I will get naked and write your name all over my body and upload the video to YouTube.

Take a look at a big market, like social networking, and start to break it down into smaller sub-markets.  Look at product or brand specific trends, new technologies, or something that is getting a lot of hype.  If you become good at catching trends before they hit you will be a force to be reckon with in the niche marketing world – and you’ll also get stinking rich and have to pay HotNicheTips.com royalties for life ;)

A great way to recognize and stay on top of current trends is by participating in industry related forums and message boards.  You’d be surprised how many things I’ve seen on forums that have literally blown up over night – whether it was a piece of software or a new ebook.  Make it a point to be there when the ball drops!
